Stillwater tourney

Families, 

I need to know by tonight who has and who has not reserved their rooms on stillwater under the bears block of rooms.  I had originally reserved 11 rooms and according to the holiday inn only 4 rooms have been reserved under our block.  they are going to release the remainder of the rooms as there is a waiting list.  Please let me know by tonight so that I can tell them how many rooms are really available for release
