Please talk to your player tonight or tomorrow morning because I plan on being there all day tomorrow. I fully expect to be in the finals against the Irish tomorrow at 4:40 and win. Let them know that if they do not have the same plan then they should stay home!!! I have all the faith in the world in this team and we have a great group of kids and I love everyone of them. They have worked hard to this point but it is now about being an exceptional team or being mediocre. We missed signs today, got thrown out stealing without being given steal signs and dismissed take signs when given. Please remind them that it is about the team and not their individual accomplishments. We have been fairly successful but it is time to take the next step and beat teams like the Outlaws, Rivercats and Yankees!!! In my mind, that is where we belong and anything less will be disappointing.
Tell them not to focus on today but encourage them and explain to them the opportunity they have to do something incredible tomorrow and that means battle back from a very poor position and come back and win the whole thing. That is what we should focus on tomorrow...
